Our Services
Personal Training: Personal Training is most effective way to get fit because you get the most exposure to the trainers knowledge. Personal Training is great if you don’t yet know how to workout, need motivation, want a change, aren’t seeing results with your current program or have a set of characteristics that require special attention (i.e. diabetic or injured). My programs are written specifically to your situation and take into account your medical history, goals, preferences, nutrition, lifestyle and more. Sessions may be indoor or outdoor, using balls and bands or weights or other forms or resistance. Results start in 3 weeks and include fat loss, muscle tone, improved posture, more strength, regular sleep patterns, positive outlook, healthy appetite, and enormous envy (from your friends).
Group Training: Group Training is a cost effective way to get personal direction and accelerate results. Each group consists of up to 4 and can be people you already know, or new friends that have similar fitness levels and goals. Group Training takes place inside and outside and is coed. You’ll get an individualized workout whilst enjoying the interaction and high spirits of a team environment. Results occur in less than 4 weeks and include fat loss, muscle tone, improved posture, more strength, regular sleep patterns, positive outlook, healthy appetite, and lots of attention from the opposite sex.
FITcamps: FITcamps are sociable and fun, making them a lighthearted way to approach fitness. And, because you share me with 7 others they are the most affordable type of training. Fitcamps are coed and are held outdoors in English bay (rain or shine) mornings and evenings before and after work. Classes typically involve an all over body workout using balls, bands and your own body weight. Every class is different and the intensity level is self-directed. Classes are 6 weeks long and you’ll notice results in less than 4 weeks. Typical results include fat loss, muscle tone, improved posture, more strength, regular sleep patterns, positive outlook, healthy appetite, and killer good looks that would stop a train.
